Angelic 's Story
Life
I currently live near some of the most breathtaking beaches in thier scenery, and I go as often as I can to relax. I love driving my old jeep, and frequently go on outdoor adventures with my 2 sons, including camping, kayaking, hiking, etc. I play guitar (for myself only, lol) and am trying to learn photography.
I like to travel out of the area several times a year and I am currently working on my "things to do before I die list" (wink).
I married a professional search & rescue/firefighter, and also enjoy trips boating & barbeques.
School
In case your thinking, "well I think I might know her", lol, in school I used part of my middle name "Lisa". I was Born and raised in Tampa, and even though I moved away, I still consider it my "home".
I attended Madison Junior High (1976-1978), was involved in Band & track, and a honor roll student (off to a great start!). I also was a camp counselor, lifeguard and still involved in girl scouts.
I began my high school career at Plant(1978-1980) and was involved in Chorus,Track, Pep Squad & LaSertoma for a short time. The problem was I never actually went to class (after discovering a love for skipping, going to the beach and rock music!), and suddenly found myself on permanant "restriction", (grin).
After swearing I would eventually finish...Expand for more
high school, my mom then sent me across Tampa to Hillsborough High School (1980-1981), were I became involved in Drama/Thespian Honor Society & was nicknamed "Blondie". I also met a group of "adrenaline junkies" who taught me to surf, water ski and ride motorcycles! I started writing music and singing at this time.
In 1981, I started at Robinson night school, closer to home, but still not closer to attending regular classes. However, I feel that I made the kind of friends here (crazy like me, lol) that last your whole lifetime. After getting my heart broke for the first time, I left Robinson and got my GED.
After missing out on most of my high school memories, I went on to get 4 degrees in colleges, and still take classes from time to time.
I think that if I could do it all over again, I would actually go to class, and make the most of the great friendships and memories I have. I would forgive quicker and laugh more.
Workplace
While first going to college, I worked in all the major rock clubs in Tampa, bartending/waitressing, and also have a background in the music industry.
For the last 13 years, I have worked as a 911 Communications Center frontline Supervisor and Emergency Services/ EMT.
I also have a Paralegal degree, a year of Nursing(LPN), and business background.
